Welcome to Uppatch. By using our service you agree to these terms. Uppatch provides a platform that helps you find and connect with local service providers via WhatsApp and other supported channels. We facilitate introductions and do not perform the service ourselves.

How matching works

Typical flow: you say "hi" on WhatsApp, the chatbot asks which service you need and shows service options. When you select a service, you may be asked to share your location via WhatsApp. Shared latitude and longitude are used to search our provider database for nearby matches. We then return provider profiles (contact details, ratings, years of experience) so you can contact them directly.

Provider verification and responsibility

We perform onboarding checks to verify providers before listing them, but verification does not guarantee results. You are responsible for vetting providers, agreeing terms of service, and arranging payment directly with the provider.

Data and privacy

We use the information you provide only to match you with providers. Chat messages are processed transiently for matching and are not stored long-term. See our Privacy Policy for full details about retention and sharing.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Uppatch is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from interactions with providers found via the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
